We are seeking licensed therapists with a variety of specialties to join our growing team in Olympia. The ideal candidate will have experience utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve successful client outcomes. This hybrid role includes both in-person and Telehealth sessions

A successful Blu Orchard therapist will be excited to be part of a community that emphasizes professional development, self-care, consultation and collaboration.
Compensation
-Licensed therapists can expect annual 1099 earnings ranging from $90,000 (25 weekly clients) to $124,500 (32 weekly clients). A minimum caseload of 25 clients per week is required. Higher earnings potential exists based on performance and schedule flexibility.
-Potential for More: There's a potential for higher earnings as you grow with Blu Orchard grows in Olympia. Based on schedule flexibility, time and performance with the company and utilization of our telehealth platform.

Duties
-
Provide individual therapy sessions
-
Maintain accurate, timely and detailed clinical documentation
-
Track client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Qualifications
-
Active and unrestricted Washington State license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT)
-
Ability to manage a caseload of at least 25 clients per week
-
Personal malpractice liability insurance (required)
-
Experience with electronic health records (preferred)
-
Telehealth experience (preferred)
-
experience with insurance claim submissions
-
Insurance credentialing experience (preferred)

Active NPI number and CAQH profile (required)
